As per reports, Richmond City Hall is hosting a tornado drill at 0945 hours (local time) on Tuesday (11 March) which city officials state is a chance to practice emergency plans and learn what to do if there is a tornado warning.

The drill will be broadcast on NOAA Weather Radio and the Emergency Alert System via the Required Monthly Test (RMT). There will not be an actual Tornado Warning issued, and the notification will not be sent to cellular phones.
