As per reports, the German Weather Service (DWD) has forecast strong thunderstorms across Hesse during the afternoon of Thursday (04 June).

Forecast conditions include strong wind gusts, severe gale-force winds and isolated hurricane-force gusts.

• Thunderstorms are expected to affect multiple parts of Hesse during the afternoon and evening hours on Thursday (04 June). Strong winds are expected to be the primary hazard. Localized heavy rainfall and hail may also occur.
• Daytime temperatures are forecast to range between 17 degrees Celsius and 21 degrees Celsius across most of Hesse, with temperatures around 15 degrees Celsius in higher elevation areas.
• Thunderstorms and rainfall are expected to continue into the night between Thursday (04 June) and Friday (05 June), although conditions are forecast to improve. Overnight temperatures are expected to range between 7degrees Celsius and 12 degrees Celsius.
• On Friday (05 June), additional rainfall and isolated thunderstorms remain possible across Hesse. Weather conditions are forecast to gradually improve through Friday (05 June).
