The National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF) has issued a warning for the Central Highlands and Southern Vietnam on Monday (10 August).

• Scattered showers and thunderstorms are anticipated across the affected regions, with rainfall accumulations of between 10 and 30 millimetres. Localized rainfall totals may exceed 70 millimetres, with rain concentrated during the afternoon and evening.
• Thunderstorms may be accompanied by tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong wind gusts.
