As per reports, on Sunday (15 December), three new urban rail transit lines and one transportation hub in Beijing will officially open, including the first phase of Beijing Metro Line 3 (Dongsishitiao-Dongbabei), Line 12 (Sijiqingqiao-Dongbabei), the remaining section of the first phase of Changping Line South Extension (Xitucheng-Jimenqiao) and Zhufang North Station of Changping Line South Extension.

Additionally, the Chaoyang Station transportation hub will be put into operation simultaneously with the opening of the new rail lines on Sunday (15 December).
