As per reports, the 16th International Posidonios Half Marathon and related races will take place in the Municipalities of Paleo Faliro and Alimos, Athens, Greece on Sunday (27 April).
• In connection with the event, temporary traffic regulations will be in effect to facilitate the safe conduct of the race.
• From 0500 hours (local time) to 1300 hours (local time), vehicle traffic toward Glyfada will be suspended on Poseidonos Avenue (between Syggrou Avenue at Psalidi and Amfithea Avenue) and on Old Poseidonos Avenue (from its intersection with Ioannou Fix Street to New Poseidonos Avenue).
• During this time, alternative routes to Glyfada include Syggrou Avenue via Amfitheas Avenue for traffic from Athens, and Syggrou Avenue via Zisimopoulou Street, Ag. Anargyron Street, and either Demosthenous or Amfitheas Avenue for traffic from Piraeus.
• Additionally, from 0400 hours (local time) to 1300 hours (local time), vehicle movement, stopping, and parking will be prohibited in both directions on P. Ioannou Avgeri Street between Afroditis and Moraitini Streets, near the Tae Kwon Do stadium venue and the Municipal Swimming Pool of P. Faliro
