As per reports, temporary lane closures are expected to affect Bellemeade Road in Richmond, specifically from Richmond Highway to Royal Avenue. Paving work is expected to begin on Friday (17 October) and continue until 31 October.

Closures expected to occur daily from 0900 to 1900 hours local time (1300 to 2300 hours UTC). The work is part of the city Department of Public Works’ annual paving program, which runs from April to November each year.
