As per reports, a technical issue between Bhivpuri Road and Karjat Station on Mumbai’s Central Railway Line caused significant train service disruptions on Thursday (06 February). The Mumbai Division of Central Railway informed that all UP/DN (Upward/Downward) local and express trains were affected due to a technical glitch.
Restoration work was initiated immediately to normalize operations. By 0800 hours, services between Bhivpuri Road and Karjat were restored, though some trains continued to operate at a cautious speed.
