As per reports, Albanian students announced plans to stage another protest in Skopje at approximately 1630 hours local time (1430 hours UTC) on Monday (18 May) regarding demands linked to the protection and use of the Albanian language in institutions across North Macedonia.

• Reports indicate that the protest is scheduled to commence from Stone Bridge, while organisers called on athletes, artists, and public figures to participate in support of the demonstration.
• Reportedly, protesters are demanding that jurisprudence examinations be conducted in the Albanian language and are seeking broader institutional respect for the Albanian language across public institutions.
