The Government of Australia, Bureau of Meteorology forecasts rainfall and storm in parts of Victoria including Melbourne, Ballarat, Wangaratta, Bendigo on Wednesday (03 January), with an 80 percent chance of rainfall, likely between two and 15 millimetres.
