As per reports, the Spanish government signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on Monday (27 May) committing to donating around EUR one billion in the next ten years, in addition to strengthening military training programs and participate in the country’s reconstruction plan after the conflict with Russia.
The Ukrainian leader visited Madrid on Monday (27 May), and was received by Spanish King Felipe VI.
