As per reports, the Indian-Australians for Equity and Justice and Hindus for Human Rights Australia have scheduled a solidarity protest at Federation Square in Melbourne on Friday (24 July) from 1730 hours (local time). The protest has been organised to express support and solidarity with the ongoing student demonstrations in New Delhi.

The protesters are expected to call for comprehensive education reforms, greater accountability from the authorities, and justice in relation to the concerns raised by the ongoing student demonstrations. Further details awaited.
