Tuesday (24 February) morning temperatures are expected to remain near -14°C between 0400 and 0900 hours (local time). Snow accumulation of up to six centimetres is predicted Tuesday (24 February) evening. The rest of the week is expected to remain cloudy, with high temperatures ranging from -3°C to 4°C and lows ranging from -13°C to -5°C.
