As per reports, tens of thousands of people participated in a demonstration against far-right extremism in central London on Saturday (28 March).
• The march, organised by the Together Alliance, a coalition of approximately 500 organisations, commenced from Park Lane and concluded at Trafalgar Square, with crowds converging near Whitehall and the Houses of Parliament.
• The Metropolitan Police estimated participation at approximately 50,000 individuals, while organisers claimed the turnout reached 500,000.
• A small group of counter-protesters was present at the scene.
• A separate march organised by the Palestine Solidarity Campaign assembled near Hyde Park and later merged with the main demonstration.
• Authorities arrested 18 individuals outside New Scotland Yard in connection with protests supporting Palestine Action.
