As per reports, the Pskov city administration has announced single-lane traffic restrictions on a section of Pravda Street (ulitsa Pravdy) from Krugovoy Lane to Bolotny Lane from 0800 hours local time (0500 hours UTC) to 1700 hours local time (1400 hours UTC) everyday between Wednesday (16 September) and 25 September for roadworks, with the road reopening to normal traffic at night.
The Pskov city administration has also announced other concurrent road closures in the city, including full closure of the exit from Almaznaya Street to Leon Pozemsky Street on Wednesday (16 September) 0800 hours local time (0500 hours UTC) and 1900 hours local time (1600 hours UTC).
