As per reports, police have launched a murder investigation after a 27-year-old woman was killed in a shooting in North Toowoomba on Wednesday (26 February). Police were called to a home at Christmas Street at 1350 hours (local time) on Wednesday (26 February) where they then found the injured woman.

The victim was reportedly taken to Toowoomba Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
