As per reports, a severe thunderstorm watch is in effect in parts of Quebec through evening hours on Thursday (13 June).
• Weather conditions are favourable for the development of dangerous thunderstorms capable of producing very strong wind gusts, damaging hail and heavy rainfall.
• Areas under the watch include Abitibi, Chibougamau, La Vérendrye Wildlife Reserve, Matagami, Mont-Laurier, Parent – Gouin Reservoir, Pontiac, Témiscamingue, and Upper Gatineau – Lièvre – Papineau.
