As per reports, several flights were cancelled at the Sydney Airport on Friday (14 February) due to air traffic controller shortage. Airservices Australia were forced to reduce their aircraft movement due to poor weather conditions followed by staff members calling in sick. This resulted in 26 departures and 32 arrivals getting cancelled.
