As per reports, dozens of arrivals and departures at Philadelphia International Airport were canceled or delayed on Tuesday (13 February) morning due to winter weather conditions.

The travel disruptions are due to a winter storm affecting Delaware Valley with rainfall and that will turn over to snowfall by late Tuesday (13 February) morning.
