As per reports, Shrimad Bhagwat Katha (religious event) will be organized in Indore from Sunday (28 April) to Saturday (04 May). A march will be carried out from Mukharvind at Maa Kanakeshwari Garba Complex on ITI Road at 1000 hours. The story narration will commence at 1600 hours to 1900 hours till 04 May. As thousands of devotees are expected to attend the event, route diversions have been made.
• All the devotees coming from Bhopal, Gwalior, Dewas will be able to park their vehicles inside ISBT Bus Stand MR 10 from Dewas Naka, Niranjanpur, BCC Tiraha, Nyay Nagar, Hiranagar Square, Chandragupta Square.
• Commuters coming from Mandsaur, Ratlam, Ujjain will be able to park vehicles at ISBT bus stand.
• The vehicles of all the devotees coming from Dhar, Jhabua will be parked at ISBT bus stand via Super Corridor.
• All the devotees coming from Khandwa and Indore city will be able to park their vehicles at the ITI ground located near Keshav Kanak Vihar, passing in front of Kanakeshwari Mata Temple.
• All types of vehicles will be completely prohibited on the road leading from Chandragupta Morya Square to Devnarayan Milk Dairy and Kanakeshwari Maidan from 1600-1900 hours till 04 May.
• From Axis Bank towards Kanakeshwari Mata Temple, from Bandhan Garden Sabzi Mandi intersection towards Kanakeshwari Maidan Main Road, behind Heera Nagar Police Station, from Photo Framing Glass House towards Chandravanshi Dev Narayan Milk Dairy and others around the story site will witness traffic congestion/delays.
• Entry of heavy vehicles will be restricted on Dewas Naka to Sikka School Bapat intersection, MR-10 toll from Lavkush intersection and other major routes.
