As per reports, the annual Walk with Israel event is scheduled to take place in Toronto on Sunday (07 June).

Authorities are expected to implement extensive security measures, road closures and traffic restrictions along the event route.

• The event is scheduled to take place between 0930 hours local time (1330 hours UTC) and 1500 hours local time (1900 hours UTC).
• Participants are scheduled to begin the walk at Temple Sinai Congregation on Wilson Avenue at 0930 hours local time (1330 hours UTC) and conclude at the Sherman Campus on Bathurst Street at approximately 1530 hours local time (1930 hours UTC).
• Road closures are scheduled to remain in effect from 0700 hours local time (1100 hours UTC) until 1600 hours local time (2000 hours UTC), along Wilson Avenue and Avenue Road, west along Wilson Avenue to Bathurst Street, and north along Bathurst Street to Ellerslie Avenue.
• Vehicular access along Bathurst Street and Wilson Avenue is expected to be significantly restricted, with only limited local access permitted via side streets.
• Toronto Police Service (TPS) has announced a substantial security operation for the event, supported by officers from the York Regional Police, Durham Regional Police Service, Peel Regional Police and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
• Security deployments are expected to include officers on foot, bicycles and horseback patrols throughout the route and surrounding neighbourhoods.
• Police have stated that enhanced crowd-management measures, including additional barricades and greater separation between participants and demonstrators, are planned, particularly near the Bathurst Street and Sheppard Avenue area.
• Authorities have indicated that additional security measures are intended to prevent a recurrence of tensions observed during the 2025 event, when participants and counter-protesters gathered in close proximity along portions of the route.
