As per reports, as of Friday (02 May), route 4027 (Main Street) in Cambria County has been closed indefinitely between Harvest Lane and the intersection with Double Dam Road, Route 4025 (Lion Road), and Plattsville Hill Road in Emeigh due to severe erosion caused by water from an abandoned mine.
A detour is in place at Laurel Street/Double Dam Road in Northern Cambria Borough, redirecting traffic north on US 219 (Philadelphia Avenue/Shawna Road) via Troy Street, Cherry Street, and Frances Street to regain access to Route 4027.
