As per reports, around 0910 hours (local time) on Wednesday (23 October), a road accident was reported on the Hokuriku expressway in Ishikawa prefecture. This led to closures on both the north bound and south bound lanes between Hakusan IC (Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture) and Mikawa IC.
