As per reports, Constanța City Hall is scheduled to launch the ‘Rhythm of Summer’ cultural programme on Saturday (27 June) and Sunday (23 August), transforming Ovidiu Square, the Casino Promenade (Casino Cliff waterfront), Ștefan cel Mare Street, and several city parks into open air venues for concerts, artistic performances and parades.

• The opening weekend is scheduled to begin on Saturday (27 June) at 1800 hours local time (1500 hours UTC) in Ovidiu Square, where the ‘Caravan of Enchanted Characters’ presented by the Suflețel Troupe is expected to feature mascots, characters and street parades.
• On Sunday (28 June), multiple live performances are scheduled simultaneously across the city, including a violin recital on the Casino Promenade at 1800 hours local time (1500 hours UTC), a jazz and evergreen saxophone recital on Ștefan cel Mare Street at 1800 hours local time (1500 hours UTC), a violin recital in Ovidiu Square at 1900 hours local time (1600 hours UTC), and a saxophone recital in Oleg Danovski Park at 1900 hours local time (1600 hours UTC).
