As per reports, multiple rail services across Andalusia are cancelled or suspended on Wednesday (04 February) following operational decisions by Renfe in coordination with Adif.

• The cancellations primarily affect regional, commuter, and long-distance routes in Cádiz, Seville, Málaga, Córdoba, and Jaén provinces, with several services unavailable for the entire day and others suspended during the early morning hours to allow for infrastructure inspections.
• In the province of Cádiz, the Algeciras–Antequera regional trains are cancelled for the full day. The Cádiz C-1a Las Aletas–Universidad commuter services are also fully cancelled. Long-distance services are impacted, with the Alvia Cádiz–Madrid and Cádiz–Barcelona trains cancelled on the Cádiz–Córdoba section.
• The Alvia Algeciras–Málaga service departing Algeciras at 1310 hours local time (1210 hours UTC) and Málaga at 1440 hours local time (1340 hours UTC) is cancelled, as are the Ronda–Antequera services departing Ronda at 1445 hours local time (1345 hours UTC) and Antequera at 1400 hours local time (1300 hours UTC). No replacement bus services are available on these routes due to road conditions.
• Additional regional disruptions affect the Cádiz–Jaén corridor during the first services of the morning. The 0540 hours local time (0440 hours UTC) Cádiz–Seville train and the 0640 hours local time (0540 hours UTC) Córdoba–Seville train are cancelled to permit track inspections, with passengers required to use subsequent scheduled services. The Córdoba–Jaén connection remains operated by road transport due to speed restrictions on the railway infrastructure.
• On the Seville–Málaga route, the first two morning regional services are suspended, including the 0701 hours local time (0601 hours UTC) departure from Seville and the 0702 hours local time (0602 hours UTC) departure from Málaga, pending assessment of track conditions.
• Passengers traveling between Seville and Málaga may use Avant services, while those traveling to intermediate stations are advised to take later trains. The 0621 hours local time (0521 hours UTC) Osuna–Seville service is scheduled to be replaced by a bus service, subject to road conditions.
• In Córdoba province, commuter rail services between CU Rabanales and Córdoba JA are cancelled. Renfe has activated free ticket date changes and cancellations for affected passengers and stated that service restoration depends on ongoing infrastructure assessments.
• These rail disruptions are occurring while the advisory committee of the Territorial Emergency Plan of Andalusia has raised the operational level from 01 to 02 due to forecasts of persistent heavy rainfall across the region, increasing the need for precautionary inspections and operational restrictions.
