As per reports, strong winds with gusts reaching 40 mph, combined with low humidity, have led to a Red Flag Warning for Kansas City and Pleasant Hill from 1425 hours to 2000 hours (local time) on Monday (17 March) and from 1100 hours to 2000 hours (local time) on Tuesday (18 March) due to an increased risk of fire spread.
