As per reports, strong winds with gusts reaching 50 mph, low humidity and warm temperatures have led to a Red Flag Warning for Kansas City and Pleasant Hill from 1318 hours to 1900 hours (local time) on Friday (21 March) due to an increased risk of fire spread.
