As per reports, A ‘Rise Up’ rally is planned for Friday (21 February) from 1700 hours (local time) to 1930 hours (local time). Reports suggest the rally will start at Francis Stevens Park on the corner of Amado and Palm Canyon Drive. A march will then follow to Arenas Road.
