The Department of Meteorology (DOM) of Sri Lanka has issued heavy rainfall and thunderstorm warning for noon and evening hours, in Western, Sabaragamuwa and North-western provinces and in Puttalam, Matara, Colombo and Galle districts, on Wednesday (17 July).
