The Department of Meteorology (DOM) of Sri Lanka has issued heavy rainfall and thunderstorm warning for noon and evening hours, in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and in Kandy, Nuwara-Eliya, Galle and Matara districts, on Thursday (25 July).
