As per reports, planned railway maintenance works on the Lecco Maggianico–Calolziocorte–Carnate section is scheduled from Friday (17July) to Sunday (19 July), resulting in temporary rail service disruptions and train cancellations.

• Reports indicate that multiple regional rail services, including routes connecting Tirano, Colico, Sondrio, Lecco, Monza, Milan, Chiavenna, and the suburban S8 Milan–Lecco line, are expected to be partially or fully suspended during the maintenance period.
• Authorities stated that replacement bus services will operate between Lecco and Carnate Usmate at approximately 15-minute intervals, while all regional rail services on the Lecco–Ponte San Pietro–Bergamo corridor will be replaced by buses.
• Further railway infrastructure works are scheduled between Calolziocorte and Ponte San Pietro from 20 July to 21 August, with additional service modifications expected to be announced separately.
