As per reports, the 2026 Quebec provincial general election is scheduled across Quebec, Canada, on 05 October, following the official start of the 39 day election period on Thursday (27 August).
• Polling stations are scheduled to operate from 0930 hours local time (1330 hours) to 2000 hours local time (0000 hours UTC on 06 October).
• Approximately 6.4 million registered electors are expected to vote across 127 electoral divisions under a revised provincial electoral map.
• The deadline for candidate nominations is 1400 hours local time (1800 hours UTC) on 17 September.
• Voting at returning officers’ offices is scheduled on 25 September, 26 September, and from 29 September to 01 October. Advance voting is scheduled on 27 September and 28 September.
