As per reports, workers of the TNZ Apparels Limited Group, from Gazipur, staged protests by blocking roads in the Paltan area in Dhaka on Monday (24 March), demanding unpaid wages, bonuses before Eid-ul-Fitr and other outstanding dues.

The workers gave the factory administration a one-hour ultimatum and held a sit-in at the Kakrail-Paltan Road, pressing their demands. The blockade caused traffic disruptions, resulting in delays.
