As per reports, associations representing victims of the October 2024 DANA floods, together with civic, social and trade union organizations, have called for a protest outside the Casa de las Brujas, the Valencian Government (Consell) delegation headquarters in Alicante, on Saturday (26 September).
• The gathering is scheduled for 1800 hours local time (1600 hours UTC). More than 200 civic, social and labour organizations across the Valencian Community reportedly support the mobilization.
• The protest will call for political and legal accountability from former Valencian regional president Carlos Mazón over the handling of the October 2024 floods.
