As per reports, the North-Eastern Hill University Students’ Union (NEHUSU) and the Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) staged a protest outside the Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE) office on Wednesday (03 January).

The protest was held to express their dissatisfaction with the government’s inability to distribute scholarships to eligible students.
