As per reports on Saturday (8 August, 2026), PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Mojokerto – ULP Ngoro has scheduled a temporary power outage across parts of Jombang Regency, East Java, to facilitate electricity network maintenance. The outage is expected to last seven hours, potentially affecting business operations, manufacturing activities, and public services in the impacted areas.

The planned outage will take place from 0900 hours WIB to 1600 hours WIB as part of PLN’s routine maintenance programme. The works include tree trimming along the 20 kV medium-voltage network (SUTM) and maintenance of the 20 kV electricity distribution system to improve network reliability. PLN noted that the maintenance is intended to minimise future disruptions and ensure a more stable electricity supply.

• The scheduled outage covers parts of Kecamatan Ngoro, including Desa Kauman (around the market area), Desa Ngoro, Desa Genukwatu (northern section), Desa Rejoagung (eastern section), HE306 ABD Kodir Jaelani, HE353 PT Sinar Unigrain Indonesia, HE372 Rakijo B/CV Sinar Agung, HE429 Theng Liong Hoo, HE448 CV Jaya Sentosa, HE553 UD FD44, HE554 PT Alam Kencana Indonesia, HE556 CV Tiga Intan Permata, HE559 PT Lautan Mineral Sentosa, as well as parts of Desa Kebondalem in Kecamatan Bareng.
