As per reports, on Friday (02 January), according to the Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) Power Grid, approximately 440 households in Tako Town, Chiba Prefecture, experienced a power outage as of 2133 hours (local time).

The affected areas include Kitanaka (approximately 370 households), Minaminaka (approximately 40 households), and Minamiwada (approximately 30 households).

• Restoration efforts are underway, with power expected to be fully restored by around 2330 hours (local time).
