As per reports, Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK), Workers Party and Social Justice Alliance will jointly hold a slogan protest near Valluvar Kottam protest grounds, Chennai on Thursday (20 February) at 1000 hours, demanding the implementation of a caste-based census in Tamil Nadu. The announcement was made following a consultative meeting on the issue, organized by the PMK Lawyers’ Social Justice Council in Thyagaraya Nagar, Chennai.
