As per reports, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is scheduled to visit Gopalganj on Saturday (13 January) and Sunday (14 January) where she will meet leaders and activists in Tungipara and Kotalipara. She will travel from Dhaka to Tungipara by road, and visit the mural of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman upon arrival.

She will then meet leaders at the Awami League (AL) office and reside at Tungipara. On Sunday (14 January), she will meet AL leaders at Kotalipara Upazila before returning to Dhaka.
