As per reports, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to arrive in Varanasi from West Bengal on Saturday evening (09 March). After an overnight stay, he will proceed to Azamgarh on Sunday (10 March), where he will inaugurate 10 airports nationwide, including Manduri airport in the district. He will also inaugurate Maharaja Suhel Dev State University and other ready projects in the district.

Meanwhile, preparations have been intensified in Azamgarh for the PM’s proposed visit. On 03 March, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had reviewed the arrangements for the PM’s scheduled public meeting near Manduri airport and also visited Maharaja Suhail Dev State University.
