As per reports, Prime Minister Narendra Madi is expected to visit Chennai on Tuesday (09 April) to campaign on behalf of candidates of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Subsequently, the PM is also likely to visit the Nilgiris, Coimbatore, Perambalur and Vellore Lok Sabha constituencies before 17 April.
