As per reports, petrol bombs were thrown at a grocery store (named Shashya Prabartana), owned by fisheries and livestock adviser Farida Akhtar and writer Farhad Mazhar on Friday (07 March) at around 2100 hours, in Mohammadpur.
Authorities are yet to confirm the identities of the miscreants or the motive behind the attack. CCTV footage of the incident has also been collected and further investigations are underway.
