As per reports, on Thursday (06 March), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) staged a protest against controversial remarks made about the July 13 Martyrs during a session in the Legislative Assembly.

The protest march was led by party leader Iltija Mufti, and concluded at Polo View, Srinagar, with demands for an apology and the reinstatement of July 13 as a public holiday.
