Parts of Mumbai to face water supply disruption on Thursday and Friday (04-05 January)

As per reports, multiple locations in Mumbai are scheduled to experience water supply disruptions on Thursday and Friday (04-05 January) due to a 600-mm-diameter water pipeline burst at Raoji Ganatra Marg junction, Sheikh Misery Marg, CGS Colony Sector 6 in the Antop Hill area of Mumbai, causing disruptions in water supply.

Areas like Kurla, Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg, and Bhandup will experience no water supply from Thursday to Friday morning due to the ongoing repair work. Additionally, BMC is undertaking major repair work on the Vaitarna pipeline, resulting in a 10 percent water cut in various parts of Mumbai.
