The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) issued a weather forecast at 0400 hours (local time) on Tuesday (07 April) for the Philippines, with a ridge of a high pressure area extending over Northern and Central Luzon.

Weather conditions across Metro Manila and the rest of the country are expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized weather activity.
