As per reports, an orange warning was issued due to high waves expected up to six meters and force seven in Asturias, Galicia, Cantabria and the Basque regions according to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet).

Light rainfall is predicted in Asturias until Thursday (04 January), while heavy rainfall will be recorded on Friday (05 January).
