One-way traffic system implemented in Viman Nagar, Pune as of Monday (01 December)

As per repprts, as of Monday (01 December), a one-way traffic system has been implemented on key routes in Viman Nagar. Emergency vehicles, including fire brigades, police vehicles, and ambulances, are exempt from these restrictions.

The details of the traffic plan are as follows:

• The designated one-way routes are as follows: the stretch from Shrikrishna Hotel Chowk to Datta Mandir Chowk and onward to CCD Chowk, and the stretch from Gangapuram Chowk to Kailas Super Market Chowk continuing to Ganpati Mandir Chowk.
• The following roads will continue to operate as two-way corridors: CCD Chowk to Gangapuram Chowk, Datta Mandir Chowk to Kailas Super Market Chowk, and Ganpati Mandir Chowk to Shrikrishna Hotel Chowk. The Pune Municipal Corporation has been directed to install appropriate signage within seven days to guide motorists.
