As per reports, an explosion occurred at an oil refinery in the town of Al-Karama, located in the eastern countryside of Raqqa province, on Wednesday (07 May).
• The explosion was caused by a technical malfunction during the refining process.
• A fire incident occurred, resulting in the death of one worker at the site.
• Firefighting teams responded promptly and managed to control the fire.
