As per reports, more than 30 public, cultural and entertainment events are listed across Tbilisi on Friday (18 September), with activity scheduled from the morning through late evening. The concentration of events may result in increased pedestrian activity, localised traffic congestion and higher demand for public transport and taxis, particularly around major venues and central entertainment districts.
• The Tbilisi Architecture Forum 2026 begins on Friday (18 September), with workshops scheduled from approximately 1000 hours local time (0600 hours UTC) and activities continuing at multiple venues.
• A Beer Festival is scheduled at Mtatsminda Park on Friday (18 September), while the Consonance Music and Dance Film Festival is scheduled at Art Cinema, 36 Dzmebi Zubalashvilebi Street, from approximately 1600 hours local time (1200 hours UTC). The Consonance programme lasts approximately one hour and includes 17 films from 13 countries
• Evening activity is expected to increase from approximately 2000 hours local time (1600 hours UTC), including the ANGELOS | ENDORPHINS music event at Paragraph Freedom Square. Additional concerts, theatre performances and nightlife events are scheduled from approximately 2000 hours local time (1600 hours UTC) to late evening, with several club events beginning from approximately 2300 hours local time (1900 hours UTC).
