Medical experts warn of dehydration risks in Hyderabad amid increasing temperatures

As per reports, medical specialists on Wednesday (12 February) flagged a heightened risk of dehydration on account of rising temperatures and Hyderabad’s dry and arid climate. Experts further flagged the risk of silent dehydration, which occurs when the body loses fluids and electrolytes without triggering intense thirst, making it difficult to detect; silent dehydration may go undetected until it results in more severe health consequences.
