As per the reports, Morocco is currently experiencing a significant measles outbreak. The highest infection rates have been observed in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima and Fez-Meknes regions, followed by Rabat-Salé-Kénitra. Casablanca-Settat and parts of Marrakech-Safi have also reported cases at a lower rate.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection has initiated vaccination campaigns to curb the spread of the virus.
